Mr. Navrang Rai was born in Harnathpura (Krishniya Ka Baas ), District Jhunjhunu (Rajasthan). National scholarship was awarded by the Government of India on receiving second position in merit in Intermediate examination under school education. Under the Higher Educational Studies, you will get an M.A. in English Literature from Rajasthan University and got first place in .From 1962 to 1966, you were associated with teaching work in the English Literature Department as a lecturer and in the year 1966, in Rajasthan Public Service (R.A.S.) examination, got the highest position in the first attempt.
